Job Description

Summary

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing spare parts, controlling inventory, and overseeing shipping and receiving operations. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes and maintain communication with various teams to address any issues.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and label all incoming repairs and pack finished goods for shipment.
  • Prepare shipment documentation and ensure the availability of shipping supplies.
  • Move pallets to shipping docks and maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
  • Ensure secure and accurate shipments and address any discrepancies.
  • Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse and match them to orders.
  • Perform basic warehouse processes and conduct cycle counts.
  • Check spare parts quality and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
  • Communicate with various teams to report issues and process orders.
  • Participate in improvement projects within the company.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years' experience with inventory and quality control preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to pull or push up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
