Summary
Permanent full-time Watch and Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist responsible for maximizing sales and delivering exceptional client experiences in the Watches and Fine Jewelry division at the Yorkdale boutique. Collaborates with Fashion Advisors and management to drive business, maintain merchandising standards, and support boutique events and administration.
Responsibilities
- Drive Watches and Fine Jewelry sales daily with a client-focused, sales-oriented approach
- Create outstanding client experiences by identifying needs and sharing product expertise
- Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to support styling journeys and introductions to WFJ pieces
- Meet boutique and individual commercial objectives including unit targets
- Support local events in collaboration with management and Head Office
- Complete required administration following procedures and policies
- Assist with regular stock level checks and provide attentive aftersales follow-up
- Maintain merchandising guidelines and uphold presentation standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role
- Knowledge of operational standards and boutique tasks
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Professional presentation and behaviour
- Passion for Watches and Fine Jewelry and luxury brand heritage
