As a Watch and Jewelry Consultant at Piaget Costa Mesa, you will represent the brand and ensure exceptional service for all clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and proactively developing a Piaget Client Base.

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while developing a Piaget Client Base.
• Assist and support after sales clients.
• Develop detailed knowledge of Piaget creations to provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in Boutique events to develop potential clientele.
• Implement all required procedures, standards, and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate the refined luxury lifestyle of Piaget.
• Build and maintain a Local and International client database.
• Resolve client challenges with professionalism.
• Recommend improvements to boutique operations.
• Support management in back of house/administrative operations.
• Control inventory quality and participate in inventories.
• Implement Boutique Visual Merchandising guidelines.

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in luxury retail or service industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
• Team player with the ability to work well within a group.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software.
• Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated.
• Flexible and able to manage change.
