Representative of the Maison responsible for delivering exceptional client service, achieving sales targets and proactively developing a Piaget client base in the boutique. Role involves product knowledge, clienteling, boutique operations and participation in events to grow clientele.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while developing a client base.
- Define and recruit prospective clientele and support after sales service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional presentation and behavior.
- Implement data capture and follow up for clients, prospects, consultations and reservations.
- Support boutique events and participate in meetings and trainings.
- Assist boutique management with back of house and administrative operations.
- Control inventory quality and participate in daily and annual inventories.
- Finalize all sales in the SAP system and recommend operational improvements.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience in luxury retail or service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Well groomed with professional attitude, reliability and team spirit.
- Initiative driven with ability to manage change and provide complete follow through.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to build and maintain local and international client databases.
- Experience resolving client challenges professionally and developing solutions.
- Flexibility to support ad hoc responsibilities and assist with special projects.
