Representative of the brand delivering exceptional client service, responsible for achieving sales targets, developing a client base, supporting after sales and participating in boutique events while upholding luxury standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while proactively developing a client base.
• Define and recruit prospective clientele and participate in boutique events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and implement data capture and follow up for clients and prospects.
• Support after sales clients and resolve client challenges professionally.
• Finalize sales in SAP and assist with back of house administrative operations.
• Control inventory quality and participate in daily and annual inventories.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience in luxury retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Well groomed with professional attitude and strong reliability.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to take initiative, work as a team player and handle change.
• Enthusiastic, self confident and self motivated with a positive attitude.
