Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while proactively developing a client base.
- Define and recruit prospective clientele and participate in boutique events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and implement data capture and follow up for clients and prospects.
- Support after sales clients and resolve client challenges professionally.
- Finalize sales in SAP and assist with back of house administrative operations.
- Control inventory quality and participate in daily and annual inventories.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience in luxury retail or service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Well groomed with professional attitude and strong reliability.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to take initiative, work as a team player and handle change.
- Enthusiastic, self confident and self motivated with a positive attitude.
