Summary
Deliver exceptional luxury client service and achieve sales targets by proactively developing and maintaining a Piaget client base at the Yorkdale boutique. Represent the brand through refined presentation, product knowledge and participation in boutique activities and events.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while developing prospective and existing clientele.
- Provide exceptional clienteling including data capture, follow up and relationship management.
- Support after sales service and resolve client challenges professionally.
- Participate in boutique events, meetings and trainings to develop business and clientele.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and general cleanliness.
- Support inventory activities and control inventory quality and presentation.
- Assist with back of house and administrative operations as requested.
- Utilize boutique technology to facilitate omni-channel sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail or service environment.
- High school education required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
- Professional grooming and ability to represent the luxury brand image.
- Computer skills including Microsoft; SAP is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 5 lbs and work retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiastic, self motivated team player able to manage multiple priorities.
