To do so, the Watch Box Specialist will be expected to…

• Upload weekly reports of sold items into the system and interpret the complex data in order to make appropriate data-driven decisions
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits and validation checks
• Collaborate closely with stores and the IT team to make the system more user-friendly.
• Create various statistical reports and be able to manage the large volume efficiently
• Provide ongoing training on the Watch Box system
• Always maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity
• Comply with all Company guidelines, policies and procedures while continuously ensuring data privacy
• Offer assistance to with team members as well as build effective working relationships
• Offer excellent customer service
• Complete ad hoc clerical documents when needed

Our ideal candidate has…

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of office administration or clerical experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team values
• Excellent organizational and data management skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and French

*Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
