Responsibilities- Thoroughly examine internal components of customer watches to identify defects and assess repair needs.
- Utilize power consumption testing to accurately determine the required level of service.
- Evaluate all operating functions of watches to ensure comprehensive repair solutions.
- Proficiently use Proconcept (internal repair software) to identify necessary repairs, parts, and generate accurate estimates.
- Collaborate effectively with customer care to keep customers well-informed about the repair process, scope of work, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the repair journey.
- Identify counterfeit "brand name" watches and follow established protocols for reporting and customer communication.
- Validate warranty information to ensure appropriate repair handling and cost allocation.
- Strictly adhere to quality control protocols throughout the repair process, ensuring all repairs meet LVMH standards.
- Meet or exceed daily quotas for estimates and quality control inspections while maintaining accuracy.
- Prioritize workload effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all evaluations and repairs.
Requirements- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to type efficiently and quickly learn new computer programs (specifically Proconcept).
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to interact in a courteous, professional, and informative manner with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience in estimating or quality control within a production environment is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient typing skills are required.
