Summary

The Watch & Jewelry Consultant is a boutique representative responsible for delivering exceptional luxury customer service and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on proactively developing and maintaining a local and international client base, supporting after‑sales service, and upholding merchandising and operational standards. The consultant will also ensure accurate sales finalization and inventory control using internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while proactively developing a client base.
• Identify and recruit prospective clientele and participate in boutique events to develop relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage after‑sales support and client inquiries.
• Capture client data, follow up on leads, and maintain a local and international client database.
• Finalize sales in the SAP system and support back‑of‑house administrative operations.
• Control inventory quality, participate in daily and annual inventories, and take ownership of assigned inventory categories.
• Implement and maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and overall cleanliness.
• Follow and implement required retail procedures, standards and policies.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail or the service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, strong initiative, reliability, and a team‑player attitude.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to manage client relationships, resolve challenges professionally, and work flexibly.
