Watch Technician

The Breitling Watch Technician is responsible for the disassembly of watch cases, bracelets, and straps, following the estimating and diagnostic process for watches sent into the company for repair and servicing. No previous experience is necessary as all skills will be taught during training. As a member of the After-Sales Service workshop, the technician follows proper protocols for disassembly and separation of each case and identifies potential missed items from the diagnostic process before releasing watches for repair or servicing. The role requires sharp attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• Disassemble watch cases and bracelets.
• Learn new skills with willingness and ability.
• Maintain good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Read and interpret diagrams accurately.
• Meet and maintain high levels of quality and production.
• Identify and order missing, damaged, or broken parts in collaboration with the After-Sales Service team.
• Interact with computer-based technical guides and parts websites.
• Communicate regularly with the workshop and After-Sales Service department.
• Assist the workshop with additional tasks as needed.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience.
• Ability to maintain excellent working relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workshop area.
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain precise data entry.
• Experience using an ERP & SAP system is a plus.
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of customer expectations and requirements.
• Ability to manage targets and deadlines.
• Excellent motivational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
