Watch Technician

Summary

The Watch Technician performs disassembly and preliminary assessment of watch cases, bracelets, and straps as part of the After-Sales Service workshop. Training is provided and the role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic computer interaction to support diagnostics and parts identification.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble watch cases, bracelets, and straps following diagnostic estimates and workshop protocols
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or broken parts and assist with ordering replacements
• Use computer-based technical guides and parts websites to support assessments
• Communicate regularly with the workshop and After-Sales Service team and assist with additional workshop tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area and meet quality and production targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred; previous ERP/SAP experience is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret diagrams
• Able to lift 20-40 lbs and work effectively in a team environment
