Job Description

Summary

The Breitling Watch Technician is responsible for the disassembly of watch cases, bracelets, and straps, following the estimating and diagnostic process for watches sent into the company for repair and servicing. No previous experience is necessary as all skills will be taught during training. As a member of the After-Sales Service workshop, the technician ensures proper protocols are followed for disassembly and separation of each case, identifying potential missed items from the diagnostic process before releasing watches for repair or servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Disassemble watch cases and bracelets.
  • Learn new skills and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Read and interpret diagrams.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and production.
  • Identify and order missing, damaged, or broken parts in collaboration with the After-Sales Service team.
  • Interact with computer-based technical guides and parts websites.
  • Communicate regularly with the workshop and After-Sales Service department.
  • Assist the workshop with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Ability to maintain excellent working relationships and workshop cleanliness.
  • Attention to detail and precise data entry skills.
  • Experience with ERP & SAP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent motivational and communication skills.
  • Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Breitling’s products, policies, and procedures is an advantage.
