Job Description

Summary

The Watch Technician is responsible for disassembly of watch cases bracelets and straps following diagnostic estimates for watches sent in for repair and servicing. This role requires attention to detail dexterity basic computer skills and the ability to follow technical guides and protocols while collaborating with the After Sales Service and workshop teams. Training is provided so prior watchmaking experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble watch cases bracelets and straps per diagnostic instructions
  • Inspect components and identify missing damaged or broken parts
  • Order parts and coordinate with After Sales Service and workshop staff
  • Use computer based technical guides and parts websites for reference
  • Maintain quality and production standards and meet targets
  • Assist the workshop with additional tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years administrative or related experience
  • Good hand eye coordination dexterity and close vision ability
  • Basic computer skills and ability to perform precise data entry
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20-40 pounds occasionally
  • Strong attention to detail and pro active problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
