Job Description

Summary

As a Watch Technician at Rodeo Drive, you will be responsible for performing professional and technical repairs and refurbishing of Bulgari watches, ensuring they meet luxury finishing standards. You will also act as a technical advisor for the reparability of products and polish watch components and cases.

Responsibilities
  • Service and troubleshoot complex watch problems for all timepieces, including quartz, mechanical, and chronograph movements.
  • Set, adjust, and activate all functions of watches, and repair/replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases, and crowns.
  • Implement solutions for repair, such as timing adjustments and movement cleaning.
  • Perform polishing and refinishing of watch cases, bracelets, and components using appropriate techniques and tools.
  • Ensure polishing processes maintain the integrity of materials and comply with health, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Provide accurate technical estimates and diagnostics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop area and follow company protocols for securing merchandise.
  • Ensure the workshop complies with health and safety requirements.
  • Deliver consistent service quality under Bulgari standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in repairing and polishing high-end watches.
  • Ability to analyze full-service repair issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Effective at setting priorities and managing workload efficiently.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Flexible and responsive to fluctuations in work volume and business needs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently within time-sensitive schedules.
