As a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor at the Beverly Hills WFJ Boutique, you will play a vital role in providing superior service to clients, increasing client conversion and retention, driving business revenue, and inspiring brand loyalty. You will be part of the entire client experience, working alongside a diverse sales team and reporting to the Boutique's leadership.

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, and product offerings.
• High School Degree minimum.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and achieve sales goals.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
