Summary
Provide luxury client service and expert guidance in watches and fine jewelry to maximize sales and build lasting client relationships while maintaining CHANEL standards. Support boutique commercial objectives through product knowledge, presentation, administration, merchandising and aftersales care.
Responsibilities
- Create a luxurious client experience by assessing needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills across watches and high jewelry.
- Act as the watch and fine jewelry expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors.
- Work toward boutique sales targets and commercial objectives.
- Support and collaborate with team members on local events.
- Complete necessary administration following procedures and policies.
- Assist with stock level checks and ensure attentive aftersales follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising guidelines and presentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail selling experience or similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of operational standards and boutique tasks.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Professional presentation and behaviour.
