Summary
Seasonal internship supporting the Watches and Jewelry merchandising team in New York City for Spring 2026. The role assists with retail store inquiries, product transfers, communications, reporting, and competitive research while developing retail-facing materials and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and monitor product transfers ensuring compliance
- Respond to retail inquiries promptly and professionally
- Create and update product launch documents lookbooks one-pagers and assortment guides
- Maintain messaging group and updated retail contact lists
- Support Core and Premium Caravan preparation including offers lookbooks and tracking product movement
- Create and update dashboards and PowerPoint summaries for the team
- Generate Excel based and Power BI reports using internal databases
- Analyze stock levels with Supply Chain and propose rebalancing strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis via desk research phone inquiries and store visits
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field
- Able and willing to work in or relocate to New York City
- Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and email
- Strong analytical skills with ability to organize evaluate and interpret data
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Strong retail understanding and communication skills
- Ability to perform in person store visits and phone inquiries
