The Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor delivers an elevated client experience while driving sales, client retention, and brand loyalty. This in-store role builds client relationships and supports the boutique team in showcasing watches and fine jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients by engaging walk-in traffic and building lasting client relationships through thoughtful outreach.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while supporting the boutique team during the selling ceremony.
• Meet sales goals and inspire client interest in the products and brand.
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or a relevant client-facing role.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and a strong commitment to client experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base, lift 15 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
