As a Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor at the Wynn Boutique, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients, enhancing client conversion and retention, driving business revenue, and fostering brand loyalty. You will be involved in the entire client experience, working alongside a diverse sales team and reporting to the Boutique's leadership.

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide clients with prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize their experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• High School Degree minimum.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
