Job Description

Summary

Experienced watchmaker responsible for servicing and repairing luxury watches across multiple brands, performing overhauls, diagnostics, encasing, light polishing and quality control within a workshop environment. The role reports to the Servicing Operations Manager and requires strong organization, dexterity and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out overhaul and repairs on a range of mechanical and quartz movements including chronographs
  • Authenticate and diagnose issues with watches and perform necessary repairs
  • Use internal systems to ensure smooth and effective workflow
  • Maintain tooling and equipment and keep a clean tidy workshop
  • Encase watches and perform dismantling and light polishing when needed
  • Repair existing movement components when spare parts are limited
  • Quality control work after completing repairs
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with the servicing team

Requirements

  • Watchmaking diploma or certification such as WOSTEP or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience repairing luxury brands including Rolex or Omega
  • Currently employed as a watchmaker performing interventions
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of dexterity for small parts
  • Highly organized and capable of managing own workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to improvise when needed
