Wayfinding Ambassador

The Wayfinding Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for clients navigating from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service by providing clear guidance, building rapport with clients, and supporting them through an elevated and seamless experience.

• Guide clients from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location, providing clear and accurate directions.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients requiring assistance and provide prompt and courteous support.
• Utilize various technology platforms and systems to facilitate client assistance and provide feedback on tools and processes.
• Ensure all wayfinding materials and technology are functional and accessible, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Proficient with technology and capable of quickly learning new systems.
• Strong service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic) are a plus.
