Wayfinding Ambassador

As a Wayfinding Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for clients navigating from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service by providing clear guidance, building rapport with clients, and supporting them through an elevated and seamless experience.

• Guide clients from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location, providing clear and accurate directions.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients requiring assistance and provide prompt and courteous support.
• Use various technology platforms and systems to facilitate client assistance and provide feedback on tools and processes.
• Ensure all wayfinding materials and technology are functional and accessible.
• Support the team with general operational tasks as needed.

• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Proficient with technology and capable of quickly learning new systems.
• Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic) are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong situational and emotional intelligence.
