Responsibilities- Support the Senior Director of Wholesale with daily management of the Men’s business across key partnerships.
- Provide data analysis and action plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Partner with external Business Managers to inform future actions.
- Generate and lead strategic growth projects for all Men’s categories quarterly and seasonally.
- Develop and lead seasonal projects such as Pop Ups, Caravans, and Trunk Shows.
- Execute all Sales Campaign activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and preparing internal systems.
- Maintain an organized process for order entry and distribution of order confirmations.
- Manage weekly replenishment business and identify product and inventory opportunities.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate online photography image sourcing and manage shoot dates and styling directives.
- Host seasonal product knowledge seminars for key accounts.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales recaps for HQ and participate in team meetings.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and computer skills with high proficiency in Excel, Office Package, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to travel 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
