Job Description

Summary

The Men’s Wholesale Account Manager at Loro Piana is responsible for growing the business and nurturing relationships with key partners across all Men’s categories, including RTW, Shoes, and Accessories. Reporting to the Senior Director of Wholesale, this role involves driving sales through data analysis, feedback collection, and strategic planning to enhance the Brand’s positioning.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Director of Wholesale with daily management of the Men’s business across key partnerships.
  • Provide data analysis and action plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Partner with external Business Managers to inform future actions.
  • Generate and lead strategic growth projects for all Men’s categories quarterly and seasonally.
  • Develop and lead seasonal projects such as Pop Ups, Caravans, and Trunk Shows.
  • Execute all Sales Campaign activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and preparing internal systems.
  • Maintain an organized process for order entry and distribution of order confirmations.
  • Manage weekly replenishment business and identify product and inventory opportunities.
  • Monitor shipments and coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate online photography image sourcing and manage shoot dates and styling directives.
  • Host seasonal product knowledge seminars for key accounts.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales recaps for HQ and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills with high proficiency in Excel, Office Package, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
