Job Description

Summary

The Wholesale Account Operations Agent is an entry-level, HQ-based role supporting B2B order and account operations for wholesale partners. You will act as the link between sales representatives, retail partners, and internal teams to manage orders, warranties, logistics, and digital merchandising. This full-time, onsite position is based in the New Orleans headquarters and offers hands-on training in wholesale operations.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and manage order imports between the wholesale platform and ERP system.
  • Process account updates, approve product swaps, and review initial orders for new retail partners.
  • Review, approve, and execute warranty requests and handle specialized lens and part orders.
  • Coordinate the Second Chances program and hand off specialized customer communication to e-commerce customer service.
  • Serve as warehouse liaison to resolve mispicks, mis-shipments, and damaged arrivals.
  • Manage Canadian operations support including RMA creation, shipping labels, invoicing, and carrier troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate VIP and rush shipping requests for high-profile accounts and trunk shows.
  • Capture and catalogue visual assets for POP materials and maintain display options in NuOrder.
  • Identify and flag minor software issues in NuOrder or NetSuite to the IT team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion internships, or fast-paced customer-facing roles.
  • Passion for fashion and premium accessories with a fashion-forward mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing order sheets and tracking shipments.
  • Tech-fluent and able to learn ERP and order management systems quickly; prior exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic demeanor.
