Wholesale Intern

Summary

Internship supporting the wholesale sales team in NYC, providing exposure to luxury fashion wholesale operations and corporate business practices. Reports to the Sales Director and assists with reporting, sample coordination, client communication, and daily office duties. Position requires ability to receive academic credit and offers hourly compensation.

Responsibilities

• Accompany sales team on local product knowledge clinics
• Assist in preparing wholesale reporting and visual guides
• Track and organize sample requests across departments and clients
• Communicate with approved clients to relay necessary information
• Compile shipping and sales reports
• Assist with daily office administrative duties

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs
• Strong interest in luxury fashion
• Ability to receive academic credit
