Wholesale Intern

Summary

Participate in a cross-departmental internship supporting wholesale operations, sample management, market week activities and reporting to gain hands-on experience in fashion wholesale and showroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Train on GPS sample tracking system and manage sample movements and entries
• Maintain and calendar sample requests and ensure timely shipping of samples
• Assist in packing samples for wholesale and international sales events
• Maintain commercial sample closet and coordinate runway samples with PR
• Support back of house during market week and fashion week showroom operations
• Help dress and style models alongside professional dressers for appointments
• Update available to sell reports weekly
• Maintain excess inventory spreadsheets to assist in selling past season product
• Create visual summaries of seasonal buys for accounts and internal reference

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a college degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
