Summary
The Wholesale Operations Director will lead and scale wholesale operational workflows to support revenue growth, improve sell-in and sell-through, and ensure coordination across Sales, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance. This on-site role is based at the New Orleans headquarters and focuses on systems optimization, reporting, and partner support to drive operational excellence and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement scalable wholesale operational processes and SOPs.
- Optimize order lifecycle including processing, fulfillment accuracy, shipping, and returns.
- Own wholesale marketing and promotional calendar alignment with sales objectives.
- Partner with Product and Creative on seasonal assets, line sheets, and sell-in tools.
- Lead trade show and market-week logistics and brand presentation.
- Optimize ERP CRM and B2B ordering platforms and build reporting dashboards.
- Support forecasting and demand planning with Planning and Production.
- Lead Wholesale Operations and Customer Service teams and enable sales reps and accounts.
- Serve as operational liaison across cross-functional teams to align inventory and go-to-market cadence.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wholesale operations sales operations planning or revenue operations.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and dashboard building.
- Proven ability to design and scale operational processes driving efficiency and revenue.
- Strong leadership experience with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional partners and executives.
- Highly organized with strong analytical problem-solving and project-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with ERP and inventory systems NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with wholesale account structures seasonal product cycles forecasting and inventory allocation.
