Job Description

Overview

An emerging costume jewelry brand founded in 2021, projected to reach approximately $20 million in revenue this year through a balanced direct-to-consumer and wholesale approach. Currently, the brand has retail locations in Boca Raton and Aspen, with upcoming expansions including a QVC launch and a feature on Real Housewives. We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Director to oversee the domestic US market and drive continued growth. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with department stores, specialty chains, and resort shops.
  • Travel as needed for account development and client meetings across the entire United States.
  • Target and secure partnerships with both large retailers and boutique/resort accounts.
  • Manage and input orders using the NuOrder system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Potential to build and lead a sales team as the wholesale business expands.
  • Collaborate with the international representative to ensure a clean territorial division.

Requirements

  • A creative and driven business development professional with deep industry knowledge and relationships.
  • Experience in accessories and/or fashion jewelry, with an understanding of the distinction between fashion and fine jewelry.
  • Proficiency with line sheets and order management systems.
  • Comfortable managing a wholesale business alongside a direct-to-consumer strategy.
  • Organized and polished presentation skills suitable for high-end accounts.
  • Previous hiring experience is a plus.
