Windows Intern - Generation H

Summary

This full-time five-month internship supports the Windows program within the Communications department. The intern will assist Visual Managers and production partners to organize, coordinate and document quarterly window rollouts, manage digital folders and create photo reports for the global library.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain windows rollout schedules and assist with prop delivery scheduling
• Add product placement and directives to store renderings
• Assist with installing and merchandising local windows in NYC and possibly NJ
• Support budget tracking related to window projects
• Conduct shop visits to review prototypes
• Dispatch beauty samples to stores for displays
• Create photo reports at the end of rollouts and upload to the global photo library
• Manage electronic folder system and archive renderings and photos

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, junior or senior preferred
• Interest or experience in luxury sector and design or home decoration
• Detail-oriented, creative and able to learn quickly
• Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Outlook; Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or Canva helpful
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organized professional team player who is prompt and polite
• Ability to work in-person at the corporate office during the internship dates
