Windows Intern

Summary

The Windows Intern supports the daily organization and coordination of Hermès' corporate windows program. This full-time, in-person internship focuses on quarterly window rollouts, visual merchandising documentation, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain window rollout schedules and coordinate prop deliveries with the Visual team.
• Add product placement directives to store renderings and assist with local window installation and merchandising.
• Track budgets, visit shops to review prototypes, and dispatch beauty samples to stores as needed.
• Create and upload rollout photo reports, maintain electronic folders, and archive renderings.

Requirements

• Be a junior or senior undergraduate student or graduate student in a relevant field such as Interior Design, Fine Arts, or Business.
• Have a strong interest in luxury and design or home decoration, with attention to detail, creativity, organization, and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is helpful.
• Be available for the five-month, in-person internship from January 11, 2027, through June 28, 2027; French language skills are a plus.
