Job Description

Summary

Student intern supporting the Windows program within the Communications department. Assist Visual Managers and production partners to organize, coordinate and document quarterly window rollouts while developing skills in scheduling, merchandising and archival processes during a five month full-time internship.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain windows roll-out schedule and assist with prop delivery scheduling
  • Add product placement and directives to store renderings
  • Assist with installing and merchandising local windows in NYC and possibly NJ
  • Support budget tracking and documentation
  • Conduct shop visits to review prototypes
  • Dispatch beauty samples to stores for displays
  • Create photo reports after rollouts and upload to global photo library
  • Manage electronic folder system and archive renderings and photos

Requirements

  • Currently a junior senior or graduate student in relevant field such as Interior Design Fine Arts or Business
  • Strong interest or experience in luxury and design home decoration sectors
  • Detail oriented creative and able to learn quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or Canva helpful
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Organized punctual polite team player with professional demeanor
  • French speaking and writing is a plus
