Job Description

Summary

As a Wine Specialist Assistant at RH, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. You will work closely with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Maintain the pristine presentation of all glassware, silverware, plateware, and other serviceware.
  • Work closely with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure they have the necessary tools for great guest experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs both internally and externally.
  • Ensure the pantry, common areas, dining area, and overall environment are presentable and well-stocked.
  • Assist management in maintaining the integrity of the physical facility where food and beverages are served and stored.
  • Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and code compliant.
  • Assist with onsite and offsite events.
  • Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Steward, Porter, or Busser.
  • Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency proactively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas, take ownership, and go beyond basic responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
