- Share wine knowledge with guests to create ongoing rapport and ensure understanding of RH Wine Vault offerings.
- Capture membership sign-ups and retail sales through intuitive guest interactions.
- Open and close the business daily according to checklists.
- Conduct point of sale procedures and cash handling effectively.
- Maintain hospitality areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Participate in restocking and wine inventory procedures.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in wine sales and hospitality.
- Computer proficiency and POS software experience.
- WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or similar wine education certification preferred.
- Developed sensory perception of wines through sight, smell, and taste.
- Strong attention to service and hospitality detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
