Women's Department Manager

Summary

Lead a designated women's product department to optimize sales performance and elevate client satisfaction through exceptional service, visual standards, and inventory management. Partner with store leadership to implement action plans, support daily operations, and develop the team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement action plans to enhance department sales performance.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation to brand standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top clients and manage post-sale service.
• Delegate tasks and provide training to department team members.
• Communicate sales updates and conduct performance analyses.
• Define and track quantitative and qualitative objectives for the team.
• Support inventory management and daily opening and closing activities.
• Coordinate visual merchandising for the department.
• Ensure adherence to safety, labor, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Passion for the brand and luxury industry.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
