Job Description

Summary

Join our dynamic and engaged internship program this summer as a Workforce Management (WFM) & Insights Intern. You will be immersed in our organization and culture, participating in day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industries. Assist your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies and participate in initiatives to support sales, culture, analytics, and service development.

Responsibilities
  • Learn about the pillars of workforce management and their role in promoting operational excellence.
  • Contribute to building scalable dashboards and advanced reports to measure WFM-related metrics.
  • Develop and refine forecast models to predict workforce needs using statistical techniques and predictive analytics.
  • Assist with developing capacity plans to align staffing levels with business requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that address key business challenges.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program, preferably majoring in Data or Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy with proficient computer and analytical skills; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa.
  • Must be aged 18 or older.
