Workforce Strategy Manager, PRO

Summary

The Workforce Strategy Manager uses data and analytics to improve operational efficiency and support business growth. This role analyzes store performance and workforce practices, then partners with Retail Operations, field leadership, Finance, and other teams to develop effective labor strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce strategies that improve productivity and store profitability.
• Evaluate store census, organizational charts, payroll budgets, and productivity performance.
• Communicate workforce strategy and payroll results to field and business partners.
• Analyze trends and translate insights into operational strategies and action plans.
• Oversee commission and bonus calculations, payouts, and reporting.
• Support change management, project implementation, KPI initiatives, and workforce analysis.

Requirements

• Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Suite.
• Retail or frontline team experience is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work variable hours as needed and travel.
