David Abrams is the Founder and CEO of masonre, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in trophy retail assets and brand growth across New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles. He began his real estate career as an intern at RKF in 2010 while studying for his marketing degree at Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business, and over nine years rose to become the youngest Managing Director in the firm's history. He continued in that role after Newmark acquired RKF in 2018, before leaving to found masonre in 2021. Throughout his career, David has represented prominent institutional landlords including 601W Companies, Atlas Capital, Crescent Heights, Edison Properties, and Vanbarton Group, while also partnering with high-profile brands such as Alo Yoga, Brandy Melville, Sweetgreen, and SunLife Organics to execute strategic retail expansions. He is a CoStar Power Broker award winner and is experienced across retail leasing, investment sales, and advisory services spanning industrial, mixed-use, office, and residential assets. David built masonre on the belief that brokers should serve as true partners to their clients, advising landlords and tenants from vision through execution. He splits his time between New York City and Miami.
