About the Position:
The Customer Insights discipline powers data-informed decision-making across our business. As part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to build the future and steer direction across multi-faceted areas of our business. We believe that by understanding customer behaviors more intimately, we can drive towards furthering long-term loyalty with both our existing and new clients.
As part of the Customer Insights Team, you will be working closely with our Marketing department with close partnerships with our Analytics team. You will identify and execute on analytics opportunities to support the optimization of customer journeys to drive toward specific behaviors and outcomes. This role emphasizes using quantitative analysis – behavioral clustering, segment identification and optimization, foundational reporting and dashboards. If you’re looking to leverage your analytics toolkit while becoming a better story-teller and consensus builder, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
