Job Description

Responsibilities:

Reporting:

  • Create weekly retail sales reporting and analyze for Na region.
  • Act as an expert of Revel Back-office system, providing inventory data and sales reports as needed.
  • Implement new products sales reports, analyze the launches and share key insights to Hos.
  • Create and cascade to teams a weekly out of stock report.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hos on the completion of North America Multi-channel monthly Sales review.
  • Consolidate Fss sales trackers, monitor performance over goal.

Free Standing Stores:

  • Operate as a key contact for Fss teams requests at corporate level for supply, stock issues/needs and sales reporting.
  • Oversee the execution of Na key retail initiatives in collaboration with the sales and field team.
  • Represent Na Fss channel for new order forms with Event Management team to ensure the timely and accurate launch of new order forms.
  • Lead the scheduling, execution, and submission of Fss Interco orders monthly for stock and collateral replenishment to ensure accurate stock level at our Fss doors.
  • Explore and propose enhancements in the inter co order practice and scheduling to provide an efficient process for the field teams.
  • Conduct a back-end control to assess the compliance level of inter-co orders and discrepancy report submission timeline as well as the accuracy by Field Managers and Store Managers.
  • Ensure correct process of stock returns and waste in partnership with Store Operations team.
  • Collect and analyze the monthly discrepancy reports to identify the improvements in Store operation as well as warehouse logistics in inter co shipment.
  • Organize a regular touch base with Transportation team to eliminate any delays and delivery issues.
  • Create opening order for new Fss doors in collaboration with Sales team.
  • Monitor stock situation and organize transfers as needed with the support of the field team.
  • Oversee and Lead Na Souls Celebration project in collaboration with the field team.

Administrative:

  • Collect and place Pos Special request orders seeking the enhancement in the process.
  • Arrange adhoc shipments of collateral in timely manner to support Fss doors as needed (launches / events / supplies).
  • Upload Fss Sales into database weekly.
  • Create branded presentations on specific Retail projects and initiatives with the support of the Head of Sales & Education.
  • Organize Sales team event, coordinate all aspect of the events: lodging, transportation, food/restaurant, gifts, room set up, It, creation of agenda and diffusion.
  • Perform various projects as assigned.
  • Prepare and route weekly/monthly retail sales reporting.
  • Explain variances in business performance by analyzing impact of changes in channel, mix, promotions, and digital / social media. Leverage learnings to deliver recommendations for future strategy and programming.
  • Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages, applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high-quality user experience.
  • Routinely lead Qa for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages.
  • Escalate issues or enhancements and suggest partner site improvements to retailer.com team and brand partners.
  • Partner with retail partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as overall sales goals/strategies vs. expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a fast pace, corporate environment and in a business facing role.
  • Advanced proficiency in power point presentation and excel (including building Pivot tables).Ability to manage conversations with different stakeholders across Na team.
  • Extremely detailed oriented.
