Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interact and assist in opening of new company owned boutiques in the design and construction phases through coordination with Vp’s of Dolce & Gabbana
  • Planning, budgeting and interaction with Vp’s of each retail division and Dolce Gabbana design teams (Visual, Store development – Italy, Design and construction architects, engineers, millworkers and other owner contracted vendors).
  • Planning, Budgeting and interaction with Department store design team for Shop-in-Shops
  • Analysis of final installation, recommending modifications to better serve the brand, the budget, and quality control of the projects
  • Successful installation (on time and on budget) of all projects
  • Manage financial aspects, shipments and budgeting for various projects such as retail, outlet and wholesale.
  • Foster solid relationships with Design department in Milan Hq

Technical Competencies

  • Expertise in Cad and other architectural and design programs including Photoshop
  • 2+ years of experience in retail construction industry
  • Familiarity developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and contracts
  • Experience managing luxury and specialty Retail and Wholesale projects
  • Hold previous relationships with vendors such as Architects and Engineers
  • Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
  • Ability to read architectural plans and schematic drawings
