Job Description

Summary

Lead AMER e-commerce projects for multiple luxury brands, prioritizing regional requirements, managing local rollouts of omnichannel services, and liaising between HQ and local teams to ensure successful implementations and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Design, prioritize, and manage local e-commerce projects across the AMER region
  • Define needs and requirements and write project specifications
  • Estimate business case ROI and support testing and launch activities
  • Coordinate stakeholders including brand teams, IT, operations, client services, legal, and finance
  • Support roll out and local training for omnichannel retail services
  • Document project requirements and update end user documentation with run team
  • Provide local digital best practices, proof of concept support, and pilot management
  • Ensure regional priorities are considered in the global roadmap
  • Communicate project status and translate technical details for nontechnical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in the Americas market
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to comprehend complex IT and process flows
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Strong presentation skills and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with OMS such as Manhattan is a plus
