SummaryThe Account Executive will be responsible for executing business strategies developed by Corporate, overseeing the development of the Acqua di Parma brand at the retail sales level within an assigned territory. Responsibilities- Achieve established retail sales goals and assist in achieving net sales goals.
- Enforce clienteling standards and KPIs.
- Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve product locations at counters.
- Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage Sales Staff to achieve sales goals, including budget management.
- Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image at point of sale.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and special events with each account.
- Partner with the Education Director for training and development of Beauty Consultants.
- Provide sales team with necessary information for monthly business reports.
- Gather competitors’ information and suggest improvements.
- Maintain freelance spending and T/E expenses within budget.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, recruiting, managing, and motivating teams.
- Strong relationships and experience with major Department Stores and key specialty stores.
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.
