Responsibilities- Build the Maison’s presence, culture, awareness, and revenue growth.
- Review sales performance and goals weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually with Brand Ambassadors and key store management.
- Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events with store executive teams.
- Coordinate in-store activities and partner with the National Events Director for event planning and execution.
- Share insights on business trends and competitive knowledge within the region.
- Communicate weekly with the Regional Sales Director regarding business performance and issues.
- Conduct seasonal in-store and virtual training on product knowledge, marketing strategy, and new launches.
- Coach product specialists in selling skills, customer service, and event booking.
- Train product specialists on clienteling, email etiquette, and new launch execution.
- Ensure all presentation guidelines are executed at the highest level.
- Manage monthly calendar and expense projections.
- Complete damages for all stores monthly.
Requirements- 5+ years of related field leadership experience.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with various departments to maximize sales.
- Strong people skills to recruit and select top Brand Ambassadors.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented environment.
- Highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Team player with expert business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability for domestic travel and flexible work hours.
- High touch store visibility with 85% of time planned to be spent in-store.
