Job Description

Summary

As an Account Representative in Los Angeles, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and driving growth by providing exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for executing brand strategies and maintaining high standards for distribution, training, productivity, and merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for brand collections.
  • Develop and adhere to an effective call plan for customer visits.
  • Ensure brand visual merchandising and refresh POP materials regularly.
  • Log visits in One Sales Suite and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Proactively manage distribution based on brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular customer trainings to reinforce brand knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to deliver synergy programs.
  • Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows.
  • Develop business plans leveraging Luxottica Rewards program.
  • Submit metrics to leadership to support growth strategies.
  • Conduct trunk shows and consumer events to drive sales.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
  • Excellent training and presentation skills.
  • Strong visual merchandising background.
  • Ability to problem solve and propose solutions.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Significant field time required with up to 100% travel.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US.
  • Ability to use personal car for work-related travel.
