- Log visits in One Sales Suite and utilize reports to manage customer relationships.
- Proactively manage distribution based on brand guidelines.
- Build strong working relationships within practices and businesses.
- Conduct regular customer trainings to reinforce brand knowledge.
- Stay current on trends affecting the business.
- Cultivate existing customer base and prospect for new potential.
- Collaborate with sales counterparts to deliver synergy programs.
- Participate in trade shows and develop business plans to demonstrate ROI.
- Submit metrics to leadership and attend corporate training sessions.
- Conduct trunk shows and other events to create brand awareness.
Requirements- 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results.
- Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Strong visual merchandising background.
- Ability to problem solve and propose solutions.
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Significant field time required with up to 100% travel.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US.
- Ability to use personal car for work-related travel.
