Accounts Payable Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Inventory Specialist with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable manufacturing. The role involves processing and reconciling accounts of our finished goods vendors, managing data, cost analysis, payable forecasting, and reporting. The candidate should have a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Manage vendors' AP statements and vendor payable reconciliations.
• Review and correct invoice exceptions before processing invoices.
• Interact timely with internal departments to resolve PO, costing, and quantity discrepancies.
• Review vendor transactions for direct supply and DY supply manufacturing payables.
• Assist in building reports and data analytics for inventory transactions.
• Help manage and drive new company-wide processes.

• Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in full cycle A/P.
• Minimum 1 year experience with 3-way matching and AP for manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle R12, PLM, and Kitco is a plus.
• Understanding of product development and jewelry costing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Two-year college degree preferred.
