Adjoint(e) Shopping Personnalisé

As an Adjoint(e) Shopping Personnalisé at Holt Renfrew, you will collaborate with the personalized shopping advisor, providing essential administrative support in a luxury retail environment.

• Schedule all appointments and update the advisor's calendar.
• Review and manage correspondence, including drafting official invitations to clients.
• Communicate via phone and email on behalf of the advisor, ensuring superior customer service and timely follow-up.
• Maintain client information, track and interpret data for accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate documents, materials, and merchandise for client appointments.
• Coordinate alterations, product transfers, client-owned merchandise, holds, and other services as required.
• Perform assigned tasks such as errands to maximize the advisor's schedule efficiency.
• Remove and return products to sales floors, adhering to merchandising standards.
• Ensure salons meet store preparation standards, including general maintenance and upkeep.
• Reduce or eliminate losses through effective asset protection.
• Participate in product information sessions to become an expert.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and requirements.

• High school diploma.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
