Summary

Provide in-store support to a top salesperson by assisting with all aspects of the selling process and delivering outstanding customer service. Prepare fitting rooms and present merchandise selected by the salesperson while maintaining the sales floor and visual standards. Support team goals, build positive customer and coworker relationships, and help prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson throughout the selling process and assist customers as needed
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning
• Help achieve team goals and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks on the sales floor

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle customer concerns in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
