PT Brand Ambassador Support

Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassador who delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor. Drives individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture while supporting store visual standards, fitting room service, and operational tasks. Collaborates with the team to uphold brand policies and contributes to a cohesive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPI targets (SPH, data capture).
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks, floor sets, and replenishment.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Utilize company tools and programs such as Polo Connect to engage customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and operate the register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
