Advertising Intern

Summary

The Advertising Intern supports the Communications Department and Media team in carrying out integrated communications initiatives across paid, earned, and owned media. This five-month internship includes campaign planning, reporting, analysis, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal reporting and analyze communications plans, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Assist with print campaigns and experiential out-of-home initiatives for major U.S. events.
• Collaborate with media and special events teams on regional initiatives, digital activations, and campaign analytics.
• Moderate the U.S. Facebook page and coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries.
• Help manage seasonal collateral orders and distribution to boutiques.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree program.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint expertise preferred; luxury brand experience is an advantage.
